Rob Whitwood FCCA – Chairman & Founder

Rob WhitwoodRob founded Inspired Youth in June 2010 as a way of inspiring young people into careers in Maths. As a qualified accountant with over 20 years experience in finance, he was particularly keen to create opportunities for young people to experience business challenges using a variety of skills, and to get the chance to work on these challenges with local business people. These early activities laid the foundations for what has become a social enterprise promoting skills and careers to thousands of young people across the region.



Natalie Davies – CEO

Natalie Davies - Delivery DirectorNatalie joined Inspired Youth as full time Director in August 2014 having previously supported Inspired Youth as a volunteer mentor representing her previous employer.  Natalie heads up the day to day running of the organisation, developing and leading the delivery of all Inspired Youth’s projects, as well as developing the project teams that run many of Inspired Youth’s events.



Kerry Groves – PA to CEO/Office Manager

Kerry joined Inspired Youth in August 2016 as PA to Natalie Davies and Office Manager.  Kerry’s role is to manage Natalie’s appointments and ensure the smooth running of all office admin and HR responsibilities.




Melissa Dunning – ConnectED Assistant


Melissa originally volunteered as a Mentor for various Inspired Youth programs since January 2016, before she joined officially joined the team as an employee in December 2016.  Melissa’s role is to connect businesses and education through projects and events.




Jenna Rich – Marketing Assistant

Jenna joined the Inspired Youth Team also in December 2016 as our Marketing Assistant.  You’ll see Jenna at various networking events on our behalf and she’s also responsible for all our social media.

Fiona Temple

Fiona TempleFiona, and her company Open Contact, have been one of the biggest supporters of Inspired Youth since it started. One of the founding members of the Inspired Women project, Fiona brings several qualities to the committee including being of the leading Female Business Women in the region.




Gary Dickenson

GLYNN BURROWSGary is the longest serving supporter of Inspired Youth. He was part of the group of local employers who supported the first major Inspired Youth project back in 2011, and has been an active supporter since this time. Gary is a serial entrepreneur, with a real passion for Food and Technology Businesses. As well as his time supporting Inspired Youth, Gary is very much involved in engaging local businesses with young people through various other local and national initiatives.

Glynn Burrows

GLYNN BURROWSGlynn is an incredible passionate local business man. Between supporting Inspired Youth, and running his own business, Glynn is very passionate about local businesses, and the value they can bring the local economy. He is a Director of ‘Buy Local Norfolk’ a social enterprise leading the way in promoting local enterprise, and trying to influence public sector and large organisations to procure locally, and to support the local economy. As an ambassador, Glynn works really hard to engage businesses of all sizes in the projects Inspired Youth runs in the region.
